Install

Requirements

• Java 17+
• Spigot/Paper 1.8.x - 1.21.4

Minecraft <1.18

Versions of Minecraft prior to 1.18 use Java versions older than 17. BreweryX will not work on these versions unless you update Java!

First Install

1. Download the plugin from one of the following sources:

   • Modrinth (recommended)
   • Hangar
   • GitHub Releases
   • Our Jenkins (dev builds, not recommended)

2. Add the plugin

   • Stop the Server
   • Put the JAR into the /plugins directory
   • Start the Server

3. Congratulations, BreweryX is now installed

Migrating from Brewery

Note

Migrating from the original Brewery plugin to BreweryX is usually a smooth process. However, the significant changes in BreweryX may lead to some minor complications during the upgrade.

So, if you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for support on our Discord Server

1. Delete the original Brewery

   • Stop the Server
   • Delete the original Brewery JAR
   • DO NOT delete Brewery’s data directory

2. Add BreweryX to the Server

   • Put the BreweryX JAR into the /plugins directory
   • Start the Server

3. BreweryX should automatically migrate the data into its own directory.
